Request for Proposals for 109/111 Bridge Park Drive

We are requesting applications to lease the space located at 109 Bridge Park Drive. Applications will be accepted until October 20, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. in the office of the City Clerk, 210 State Street, Charlevoix, Michigan 49720. All applications shall be marked “109 Bridge Park Application” 

Emailed or faxed applications will be accepted.
 
 This space is owned by the City of Charlevoix’s Downtown Development Authority (DDA), also known as Charlevoix Main Street DDA. The space is 2,791 SF and the rental rate was most recently set at approximately $8 per square foot. The possibility of splitting the space into two separate units is an option to consider. Charlevoix Main Street DDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applicants, to waive irregularities, and to accept the application deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Charlevoix. Appropriate financial information may also be requested.
 
 In addition to the submission of the questionnaire, application requirements are as follows: 

  • Submission of a detailed business plan telling us how you envision using the space, number of jobs created/maintained/supported, and the long-term sustainability of your plan.
  • Financial info including proposed lease payment rates, anticipated buildout expenses and timeline, and potential resources you plan to take advantage of (grants, loans, pitch competitions, private investment, etc.).
